Funny looking ADR Lines
« on: August 12, 2015, 04:19:08 PM »
Hi all,

Any idea why my ADR lines look like this. They seemed to be overlapping. Normally the three green ADR lines will be above the set of red ADR lines but in this case, they seem to be in one chunk.

THanks,
Ryan

Hi Ryan

Your ADR lines overlap like that because the chart has moved way beyond its ADR. Therefore because the target upside range is calculated from the current days low and the target downside range is calculated from the days high, they overlap due to the size of the ADR.

Hope that explains it.

Alright I understand why it looks that way!
Would be great if you could answer a few other queries on my other posts:)

Thanks,
Ryan
